Omarz Fresh Meals offers local delivery and local pickup services exclusively within our designated service area in Laredo, Texas. This policy outlines how orders are fulfilled, including delivery timelines, pricing, and important customer responsibilities.

Delivery Services

We offer local delivery on a weekly basis to customers located within our approved ZIP code zones in Laredo. Delivery is completed on Sundays. Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff on Saturday in order to qualify for Sunday delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following delivery cycle. Delivery fees are calculated based on the order total. Orders under $20 are subject to a $4 local delivery fee. Orders of $20 or more qualify for free local delivery. Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on the customer’s address. If a delivery option does not appear, the address may be outside of our service area.

Local Pickup

Customers may also select local pickup during checkout. Pickup orders are available on Mondays at the following location: Rock’s Discount Vitamins, 6402 N Bartlett Ave, Ste 3, Laredo, Texas. Pickup instructions and timing details will be provided at checkout and in the order confirmation email. Customers are required to bring their confirmation email when collecting their order.

Service Area

Delivery is only available within select ZIP codes in Laredo, Texas. We do not currently offer statewide or nationwide shipping. Orders placed with addresses outside of our delivery zone will not be eligible for delivery at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information at the time of checkout. Omarz Fresh Meals is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Customers must be available to receive their delivery within the designated timeframe. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the order may not be eligible for a refund. For pickup orders, customers must collect their meals within the designated pickup window. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may not be available afterward due to food safety considerations.

Food Safety

All meals are prepared fresh and packaged for refrigerated storage. Customers are responsible for refrigerating their meals promptly upon delivery or pickup to maintain quality and safety.
