Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful delivery, for which refunds may not be issued. Pickup orders must be collected within the designated timeframe. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up within the appropriate window may not be available afterward.

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our meals, returns are generally not accepted, and refunds are issued only under limited circumstances.
